The new 67,000 sf primary school, seeking LEED Gold certification, is being constructed in Wilsonville for the West Linn-Wilsonville School District. The wood and steel-framed facility will include a two-story classroom wing, a 13,000 sf Wellness/Commons wing, an 8.300 sf Kindergarten wing, and a 3.2 acre community park area.
