ORCCA - Child and Family Resource Center

The new 30,000 sf, two-story wood-framed facility for the non-profit Oregon Coast Community Action (ORCCA) in Coos Bay, Oregon will provide a Head Start Center on the first floor and child services, family resource services, and administrative offices on the second floor. P&C was selected for this CM/GC project based on proven experience with similar facilities and the qualifications of our project team. Work began on site in December 2011.
