Construction is underway on a new 10,000 sf bank branch and mortgage loan center for OnPoint Community Credit Union. Located adjacent to the Montgomery Park Building at NW 27th and NW Vaughn Street, the new retail center, designed by Soderstrom Architects, will be a significant enhancement to the northwest Portland neighborhood. Completion of the $2 million masonry and steel building is scheduled for Spring 2012.
