Sherlock Building
The historic Sherlock Building, located at the corner of SW 3rd and Oak streets in downtown Portland, is undergoing a major seismic upgrade and tenant improvement. The seven-story building stands as one of our most noteworthy late 19th Century structures and one of the first Chicago-style buildings in the city. P&C's long history of renovating historic structures throughout the area was a major factor in the contractor selection process.
