Reed College - Campus Expansion
One of P&C’s most challenging historic additions and renovations, the multi-million dollar project involved adding and upgrading 42,000 sf of library and learning space to Hauser Library and to the Vollum Center on the Reed College campus in Portland. Extensive value engineering and constructability review were required to bring the project within budget and minimize disruption to the occupied campus during construction.
