Clatskanie People's Utility District (PUD) Headquarters
The $7.5 million, CM/GC project for the People's Utility District in Clatskanie, 49,000 sf of new office, maintenance, and warehouse space on a highly visible property bordering Highway 30. Existing site conditions required "pre-loading" the site with fill material for over 12 months. The "Cascadian" style design of the Administration building with its exposed structure and use of natural materials, is an excellent fit for the western Oregon community of Clatskanie.
