Kaiser Central Interstate (CIN)- Hematology/Oncology Expansion

This $3.6 million, 18,000 sf CM/GC project showcased P&C's ability to successfully complete a complex health care expansion. The scope of work required the project to be constructed in seven (7) phases in order to maintain operation and patient services. During preconstruction, P&C identified over $250,000 in value engineering suggestions; a reduction of nearly 8% in overall costs. This expansion provided Kaiser Permanente with a new Counseling Area, Blood Draw Lab, Waiting Area, twelve (12) exam rooms, Oncology Pharmacy with pressurized clean rooms, twenty-six (26) infusion bays, and three (3) private infusion rooms. All work was completed on schedule and on budget.
