Whitcomb Elementary School Improvements

The $14.0 million, CM/GC project for North Clackamas School District involved a 52,000 SF renovation of the existing school, two new classroom additions, a new parking lot and site improvement to the existing parking lots and bus loop. System upgrades included efficient furnaces, boilers, and water heaters, as well as a new sprinkler system, hazardous material abatement, seismic upgrades, new flooring, acoustical ceilings, paint, casework, LED lighting, modernizing of all existing classrooms, and security upgrades to the school’s entryway that allowed administrative staff to monitor visitors.

Right away I was impressed at the flexibility and care that we were given as a school community. We value the relationships that we build, it is an integral part of the way we work. The P&C team spent time building those relationships with not only myself, but our entire staff. I was able to trust that they were taking care of our school community as if it was their own. I continue to feel supported by them as we wrap up our school project knowing that they take pride in their work.
