The $2.1 million, CM/GC project includes seismic upgrades to the existing 11,000 sf fire station, a new elevator and accessibility improvements, interior remodeling, design-build M/E/P system upgrades, and new exterior finishes. All work performed to a fully operational and occupied facility.
