The Eastside Timbers Sports Complex is a privately owned and funded facility that will enhance the Eastside Timbers program. As the design build contractor, P&C worked with the client to develop a phasing plan to allow for completion of this project in multiple phases. The first phase of the project was completed in April 2018 and consisted of three turf soccer pitches situated on the south side of the property. Future development of the property will include a phased construction of a new 32,000 SF clubhouse featuring a team meeting room, three futsal courts, a pro shop, food and beverage options, and office space. The facility will stand out as a premier club in the Portland area and will enhance the experience for the members, its players, parents, and the community.
