SKILLS
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office software*
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Research, data management and accurate record keeping
- Content management (web, social media, intranet)
- Creative thinking and problem-solving
- Analytical eye and aesthetic judgement with keen attention to detail
- Photography skills are welcome, but not required

DUTIES
- Support new project pursuits including research, content development, editing and proofreading, formatting, layout and production.
- Help create professional presentation materials for company meetings and interviews.
- Implement marketing campaigns across various platforms including digital, social media, email and print.
- Assist with market research, analyzing industry trends to identify opportunities and position P&C as a potential partner.
- Monitor and manage social media accounts, engaging with followers and generating content to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Help coordinate community events and trade shows, creating appropriate promotional materials.
- Help document projects through interviews, photography and written materials.
- Assist with tracking and analyzing marketing metrics and performance data to measure the effectiveness of proposals, campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including the scheduling of meetings, managing of calendars and maintaining marketing databases.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor of Arts Degree in Design, Desktop Publishing, Media Arts, Communication, etc.
- Equivalent field experience in lieu of degree
- Experience in or around the construction industry is welcome, but not required
