The $7.0 million, CM/GC project for Clean Water Services is a two-phase remodel of the 20,000 sf existing facility involving the conversion of the mechanical maintenance shop into office space, remodel of laboratory space into Testing, Research, and Development space, and the construction of a 5,000 sf conference room addition. All construction will take place while the facility remains fully operational.
