As part of the Oak Lodge & Gladstone Community Project, this will include the renovation of the former Concord Elementary School at 3811 SE Concord Road in unincorporated Oak Grove. The updated building will feature a new community center, North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District (NCPRD) administrative offices, a park, and new additions totaling approximately 19,000 to house the Oak Lodge Library and a new gymnasium.
