Gladstone Public Library

As part of the Oak Lodge and Gladstone Community Project, the new 6,000-square foot library is located at the corner of Portland Avenue and E. Dartmouth Street, the site of the former Gladstone City Hall. The project included a meeting space, dedicated areas for children and teens, book drop with exterior access, self-checkouts, public computer access, staff workrooms and public restrooms. The catalyst of the redevelopment of Portland Avenue in Gladstone was the brand-new Civic Center, which P&C completed in spring of 2020. Along with the new Public Works Facility, we're proud to help the City continue its effort to revitalize its downtown core with a new public library.
