Marylhurst University- Clark Commons Building

The $1.2 million project on a historic southwest Portland campus involved remodeling and improvements to the building's commons area, kitchen, assembly areas and restrooms. Features included the use of natural materials such as wood and stone and very durable, yet cost-effective, finishes. Due to the high amount of student usage of these areas, the P&C team devised a phased construction plan that eliminated disruptions to ongoing activities.
