This project includes tenant improvements to an existing, 3,600 sf building on the Courtesy Ford Lincoln lot in NE Portland, as well as a new 5,880 sf addition. Together this new building will be Oregon’s first Lincoln showroom and will provide new and existing customers with a personalized luxury experience. Features will include a personal car delivery area, a delivery suite waiting room and a café/lounge.
