The Gov­er­nor Hotel His­toric Renovation 

P&C completed the historic renovation to the downtown Portland Governor Hotel (now the Sentinel). Renovations to the first-class hotel involved seismic upgrades, structural modifications, new finishes in the 100 guestrooms, and construction of a full-service restaurant with banquet facilities.
