The $16 million project involved concurrent work on twelve (12) district facilities - ten (10) schools, the district office, and the physical plant. Noteworthy features of the project include over $500,000 worth of HVAC controls work at all 12 facilities, construction of the new 150-student Newberg Alternative High School, over $5 million of improvements to the existing Newberg High School, and security upgrades to all buildings. P&C was selected by the district based on our 1) K-12 school qualifications, 2) value engineering options, and 3) our complete and accurate cost estimate.
