The project includes demolition of the existing covered home grandstands and visitor bleacher area at Alder Creek Middle School and construction of the new District Stadium. Site work includes relocation of existing bus transportation area to be renovated for stadium parking, fire access roads, sidewalks, ticket booths, and other site improvements.
