ORCCA- Child and Family Resource Center

Located in the heart of Coos Bay, Oregon, the $5.6 million, CM/GC project for the non-profit Oregon Coast Community Action (ORCCA) included construction of a new 28,700 sf, two-story, wood-framed building situated between two state-designated wetlands areas. The 16,800 sf ground floor is dedicated to educational services (Head Start Program) and the 11,900 sf second floor provides professional and administrative services (Child and Family Resource Center). The exterior of the building includes a combination of wood siding, metal panels, and asphalt shingles. Sitework included a children's play area, two (2) new parking lots, and improvements to the public right of way.
