Located in the heart of Portland’s Pearl District, the building provides unique office accommodations and ground-floor retail to clients in need of a one-of-a-kind space. The project became an award-winning 20,000 sf restoration of a two-story heavy timber and concrete warehouse. Many of the heavy timbers and steel connections were left in place and exposed to view.
