The CM/GC project for the City of Gresham Redevelopment Commission (GRDC) involved construction of a new, two-story, 12,000 sf public safety facility to serve citizens of the Rockwood community. Features of the building include a CMU and steel structure, a community room, state-of-the-art evidence processing and storage, and use of environmentally-friendly materials. P&C worked diligently and collaboratively with city representatives, the construction manager, Shiels Obletz Johnson (SOJ), and the architectural firm, Mackenzie, to meet budget, scope, and schedule objectives. Our efforts resulted in a project completed under the construction budget and three (3) weeks ahead of schedule!
