P&C is teaming with Kiewit Corporation in the construction of two (2) new buildings that will help support a new seismically resilient water treatment plant for Willamette Water Supply. One building holds the electrical switchgear and the other will act as an office while providing power (along with backup generators) for the new plant. When completed the new plant will produce up to 60 million gallons of water per day and will be capable of providing drinking water for emergency responders and the community within 48 hours of a major seismic event.
