The $1.7 million project included a complete interior renovation to all four floors of the existing historic building located in downtown Astoria, Oregon. Project challenges involved installation of a new elevator shaft and passenger elevator, restoration of many of the original finishes throughout the structure, and replacement of the existing oil-fired boiler with a new, energy efficient natural gas unit. P&C partnered with subcontractors and suppliers from the community to ensure we delivered on our commitment of "Keeping It Local".
