Port­land State Uni­ver­si­ty- Art Building

This project involved extensive remodeling to an existing 30,300 sf campus building. Scope of work included a new art gallery, improvements to six public restrooms, a new main entry with improved accessibility, painting and improvements to the exterior, and a remodeled office area. Although PSU added 35% of additional work to the project, precise scheduling by P&C delivered the completed remodel over 50% faster than required by contract.
