Beaver­ton High School Addi­tion and Remodel

The $9.8 million, CM/GC addition and remodel included a two-story concrete tilt up addition for new and expanded locker rooms, extensive interior remodeling throughout the existing 220,000 sf school, replacement of 134 exterior windows, and over $4 million worth of HVAC and plumbing upgrades. To ensure all work was completed by opening of school in September, P&C effectively implemented a second shift of work in critical areas such as selective demolition and mechanical improvements.
