The 16,500 sf, negotiated health care project involved a complete interior remodel of an existing core/shell space located in a retail center in Beaverton. Scope of work included construction of a new main entry, improved parking, physicians offices, and sixteen (16) new exam rooms. The fast-track project was completed in only eighteen (18) weeks from start of selective demolition to occupancy by Kaiser.
