Gym additions and critical repairs at four of the Centennial School District’s elementary schools including Meadows, Parklane, Patrick Lynch and Powell Butte. Scope includes 7,000 sf gyms at each school with storage, restrooms, bleachers, offices and new vestibules. Additional scope includes parking improvements, door and window replacements, abatement, new floor finishes and roof repairs.
