Gladstone Public Works Facility

This progressive design-build project for the City of Gladstone includes a complete renovation of the existing 4,500 sf public works facility. Expected scope of work includes a vestibule/reception area, a work room, meeting and conference spaces, offices, a lunchroom, locker rooms, laundry facilities, updated fire/mechanical systems, storage spaces and new bathrooms. Perhaps most importantly, the updated building will be designed to perform as a Critical Facility base in the event of a natural disaster. Currently working on the Gladstone Library and having already completed the Gladstone Civic Center in 2020, P&C is proud to help the City continue its plans to revitalize Gladstone’s downtown area.
