A brand new, 18,000 sf police facility for the City of Molalla. Scope includes abatement and demolition of the existing Molalla Bowl building with additional site prep, site utilities and grading (on and off site). The new CLT/steel structure will include two secure programs; one that’s public for the community and another that’s secure for the City’s Police Department. Building features will include holding cells, evidence facilities with storage, “sally” port (inmate check-in), a booking area facilities for officers and the utilization of reclaimed wood from the original bowling lane.
