Clat­sop Com­mu­ni­ty Col­lege Patri­ot Hall Rede­vel­op­ment Project

Winner of the DJC TopProjects 2018 High Performance Building Award, the reconstruction of Clatsop Community College's historic Patriot Hall involved selective demolition of the circa 1920's concrete and wood structure, preservation of the existing foundation and building retaining walls, and construction of a new concrete and steel building. The new building provides the college and community with a gymnasium with seating for 500, an indoor running track and athletic workout rooms, classrooms, and administrative spaces for staff.
