Colum­bia Coun­ty Tran­sit Cen­ter Office and Warehouse

The $2.9 million, CM/GC project created a new transit hub for the Columbia County Rider bus system including a public park and ride, a 2,500 sf administration office, a 5,000 sf bus maintenance building, and a secure storage yard for the transit buses. To minimize costs, the team explored dozens of value-engineering options on the project.
