This CM/GC project includes demolition of multiple buildings, major site improvements to parking and traffic flow, new construction including building additions, renovations to existing facilities (including CTE spaces, gym and locker rooms, cafeteria and performance areas), as well as major HVAC, electrical, plumbing and technology improvements.
