This CM/GC expansion of McMinnville Water & Light’s headquarters includes a 12,000 sf addition to house offices, a commission hearing room with emergency operations center (OEC) capabilities, a deliberation room, a multi-purpose space and customer service desks. Additional scope includes a smaller office addition, a remodel of existing space, a 20,000 sf warehouse addition, parking improvements, wayfinding upgrades and extensive site work.
