Project scope includes an 18,500 SF addition including new classrooms, restrooms, and library, upgrades to the existing building including 82,000 SF of new roofing and 44,000 SF of the existing classrooms and commons area, as well as exterior improvements of a new fire lane, courtyard, and basketball court.
