Henley New Elementary School

The $16.5 million, CM/GC project involves the construction of a new, 60,500 sf elementary school for the Klamath County School District (KCSD) in Klamath Falls, Oregon. With a capacity for 525 students, features of the one-story facility include concrete tilt-up and structural steel structure, twenty-one (21) classrooms, a full-service kitchen and cafeteria, and exterior of CMU and metal panels. The new elementary school site is located adjacent to the existing Henley High School. P&C teamed with Bogatay Construction - a general contractor based in Klamath Falls - to provide on-site supervision and a commitment to providing opportunities for local subcontractors, suppliers, and tradespeople.
