The 6,400 sf health care clinic was constructed in the newly built Willamette Marketplace development in West Linn. Features include exam rooms, doctor offices and procedure areas. P&C collaborated with Legacy to ensure seamless installation of owner-furnished medical equipment and voice/data infrastructure. All work for Legacy was closely coordinated with P&C’s construction efforts on the main building core/shell completion.
