Can­non Beach City Hall

This new City Hall facility includes 9,865 sf of conditioned space and 600 sf of semi-conditioned contiguous garage space. It will house the Community Development department, Administration, Public Works, I/T, Finance, Emergency Management, the Haystack Rock Awareness Program (HRAP), Farmers Market and City Council Chamber. And, in order to serve as a backup Emergency Operations Center, it will be designed to meet Risk Category IV criteria for wind and seismic loads.

Site development will include public parking on the east of the property, a new plaza on the west of the property, and 2 parallel parking stalls in the right-of-way along Gower Avenue.
