The new 5,270 sf police facility located on Highway 101 is designed as a Risk Category IV essential facility and will serve as the Emergency Operations Center for the City. Site development includes public and secure parking areas, and a free-standing covered parking structure, public parking stalls at the southeast of the project site. Additional site work will include driveway improvements at the existing southern access point and closure of the northern access per ODOT requirements.
